Salted Jaggery Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie Order Form

Thank you so much for ordering a cookie! All proceeds will be donated to those affected by ICE detentions/deportations (exact recipients TBC – will likely be a GoFundMe).

Important:

**If you would like to arrange for a delivery on Friday, October 30 at your expense via Uber Courier, please select Friday as the date you would like to receive your order.

Date: Friday, October 30 or Sunday, November 1 (see below)
Time (Sunday, November 1): 1:00 – 3:00 PM
Location: Morningside Park (exact location will be sent to you via email once your order has been confirmed)
Payments will be processed via Venmo. (@ Abhiram-Masam) or via Zelle (abhiram.masam@gmail.com)
- Because I have to order the ingredients in advance, I’ll only be accepting online payment (no cash).
